Music has always been a part of my life, and I started taking singing lessons when I was 7 years old. My family on my father's side has since I can remember had music close to their hearts. So guess I was almost born into music and the arts.
I started early to express my emotions through my voice. It has always helped me to release any anxiety and stress. So if you're around me a lot, you might want to sing along with me, or just put on some noise-canceling headphones.
One of my dreams is to use my voice for something good and powerful that can help people deal with their issues. And using music in therapy is something that I explore more and more.
